Twisted Herringbone Rope

September 9, 2021 @ 10:30 am 12:30 pm

Twisted Herringbone Rope

This technique is so versatile and creates a slinky twisted rope that you can wear on it’s own or hang a pendant from. Once you learn the stitch, it becomes repetitive and easy — the type of beading you can do while watching TV, perfect!

We will be working with size 11/0 seed beads, so this class is better for beaders who at least have a little bit of experience and a comfort level working with small beads, but it still great for newer beaders.

A tutorial written by Joyce Edmondson will be distributed to participants at the beginning of class

Instructor: Joyce

Technique: Twisted herringbone rope

Difficulty Level: Intermediate 1
If you’ve taken a few beginner classes, are starting to get comfortable with the language of beading and feel ready for the next step, this is the perfect class for you. This project will be just a little more complex than the beginner pieces, but still great for new beaders.
