“Solitaire Necklace”

June 11, 2019 @ 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm

“Solitaire Necklace”

Laura’s Beads carries a gorgeous selection of Gemduo beads and Deb Roberti’s “Solitaire Necklace” is the perfect design to showcase them. One of the necklaces in the photo uses a “backlit” color with an effect reminiscent of stained glass. We have several backlit colors and you’ll love the way they glow and reflect the light. Looking for something less blingy? We also carry an array of other finishes, including matte and picasso.

Date & Time:  Tuesday, June 11, 2:30-4:30

Difficulty Level: Intermediate 1 |  Technique: Right-angle weave |  Instructor: Bernadette

Cost: $9 plus materials or you can use your Laura’s Bead Addicts Membership Card
This class qualifies for our “first time is free” promotion, so if this is your first time joining us in the beading room, be sure to let us know when you check in on class day and we’ll waive the class fee!

Pattern: This piece is designed by Deb Roberti and is available for purchase on her website:  Deb has generously allowed us to distribute copies of this pattern to participants who attend this class.

The Next Step in Bead Weaving

Are you ready to expand on the techniques you’ve learned in the beginner classes and take your beading to the next level? This is the perfect class for you! Some bead weaving experience is necessary to take this class. Intermediate classes have a maximum of 10 people so that everyone gets plenty of teacher time.

We ask that you always use supplies from Laura’s Beads when in our beading room. Thank you!

New to bead weaving?

Start by attending some of our beginner bead-weaving classes and learn everything you need to know about bead weaving. Classes are small, so you’ll have plenty of teacher time. You’ll familiarize yourself with the terminology of bead weaving so you’ll start to understand how to read patterns and practice various stitches and techniques. In no time at all you’ll be ready to move up to intermediate level!
